Previously, London & Kent used a paper based scheduling system in which a spreadsheet would be manually emailed out to engineers on a daily basis and time-sheets which were sent back by the engineers at the end of a job.

Now, engineers can access their schedules in real time and see what jobs they need to be actioning via the Klipboard mobile app rather than using multiple spreadsheets and paper based forms.

Confidently compliant

Beforehand, all required forms needing completed in the field such as the servicing reports, inspections and F-Gas certificates were completed on paper forms and then transported back to the office for manual data re-entry and stored within a client record folder.

With Klipboard, inspections, energy assessments, F-Gas certificates in line with the ACEA regulation standards, are all digitally shared with the client at a click of a button.
