Drag-and-drop scheduling tool

Scheduling jobs for your fleet is incredibly easy, due to the simple digitised method, you will wonder how your business ever dealt with holding onto messy paperwork.


  1. Simple to move around

When you create a job you just move it from the right-hand side of the screen onto the calendar. This allows you to choose which of your employees are going to be carrying out the job as well as what time. If it doesn't quite drop where you intended it to, don't worry, just simply pick it up and go again.


  2. My driver can't make it!

Has a job overrun the time that was allotted to it? Has the driver's vehicle broken down or gotten into an incident? No need to worry, if another driver has that slot free all you have to do is pick it back up and drag it into another available drivers slot. When the driver next goes into the app, they will see where they need to be next.


  3. Keep everyone happy

  • Customers are happy because they are kept up-to-date on when their work is going to be done and if their scheduled driver is delayed, they can update or you can reassign so the customer gets the work done on time.
  • Drivers are happy because there is no messy paperwork, they can keep job managers updated with ease and ask for assistance via the app if any issues occur.
  • Fleet managers are happy because their admin time is cut allowing them to get more of their own work done in the day.

An easy to access mobile app

Your drivers can truly benefit with the utilisation of Job Assist. They will have immediate access to Job Assist through the RAM Assist app. This allows them to get updates through the app rather than needing to receive a phone call from the fleet manager.


That's not all though, they will have access to a variety of different features that have been designed to improve the efficiency of their day.


  • Gain access to a list of their active, scheduled and completed jobs. This helps your drivers' to ensure that they are on track with the jobs that they are needing to complete that day. If they click on the next job that is lined up for them, they will have the route that they need to take appear for them on their phone, acting as their SatNav.
  • They will be able to create a job if and when they come in adhoc. Simply choose which template you would like to use and fill out the relevant information - this can then be placed into the right place on the calendar so the fleet manager can see unavailable slots within their day.
  • The fleet manager will see any updates in real-time, allowing both them and the driver to be able to appropriately fill up the day with jobs so the driver is not double booked.


Job Assist sits within RAM Assist, meaning that it is a familiar interface, so there is no learning curve, you will understand how to use it very quickly so regular business can continue

If you would like to continue using Job Assist, you don't need to let us know, you will simply be billed the reduced rate of £5 per month on top of your current contract. If you choose not to keep Job Assist, and come back to it later, this reduced pricing will not be available. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer, there is no cash or any other alternative to this offer.
